ATDC International Trade Inc   Qibaishi Art Research Institute
 
ATDC International Trade Inc, formerly known as America NHF Group, was registered in California in 2018 and renamed in March 2022. The company is a subsidiary of the America Trade Development Council (ATDC), specializing in international bulk commodity trade. Main Products:
Grains: Such as soybeans, corn, sorghum, barley, wheat, refined sugar, and other agricultural products.
Cold Chain Products: Such as beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and meat by-products.
Petrochemical Products: Such as crude oil, natural gas, diesel, and other energy products.
  The establishment of the America Qibaishi Art Institute was decided by the America Trade Development Council Board. It will jointly offer art programs with the College of Arts at California State University, Los Angeles, and has appointed Zhang Wencheng, the inheritor of Qi Baishis art, as its dean. As a second-tier institution under ATDC, the institute operates independently. Dean Zhang Wencheng stated that, as the inheritor of Qi Baishis artistic legacy, he is committed to promoting this tradition. The collaboration with CSU Los Angeles will introduce Qi Baishis art into U.S. higher education, significant for integrating Eastern and Western art. He is dedicated to fulfilling his role as dean and advancing Qi Baishis legacy in the United States.
     
USA International Exchange Association   C-A Education Development Foundations
     
The USA International Exchange Association, located in the scenic San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles, California, was offcially registered and approved by the California government in May 2008. It is a comprehensive consulting service organization encompassing business, culture, education, technology, and tourism, with Registration No. 3144345. The association is com- mitted to promoting economic, cultural, and educational exchanges and cooperation between China and the United States. It boasts a team of experienced professionals in trade and cultural affairs and maintains extensive cooperative relationships with government departments, businesses, and community organizations in both countries.   The C-A Education Development Foundations (C-AEDF) is a non-profit organization registered and approved in California. Its mission is to raise funds to support education in impoverished regions of China and provide access to American educational resources, helping Chinese students realize their dreams of studying in the United States. By promoting flexible education programs, the foundation seeks to improve students overall capabilities, enabling them to adapt to global competition. Ultimately, it aims to offer bright futures for more young people in China through high-quality American educational resources. In cooperation with Chinas Educational Development Foundation, C-AEDF contributes to Chinas educational advancement and talent exchange initiatives.
